OFFENSE: B+
QB B- 13/25 175 yards. Pick wasn't his fault. Loved the throws to Wash up the sideline. The two minute drive before the half looked very good Changed another damn play on the goal line. I thought he was fine, but nothing spectacular RB. A+ Jaylen Warren was spectacular. 17 carries for 143 yards. Rico Dowdle was also great unti the end of the game where honestly I don't think he needed to be out there. Combined for 32 carries and 199 yards Rico had a fumble...... Incredible stuff WR C+ DK..... seriously. That was a pathetic game again Wash had his best game as a pro. 3 catches for 94 yards Muth was soid 2 for 35 and might have had a touchdown if Rodgers was more accurate on that seem route Germie had 5 for 30. Pretty crafty receiver. Loved what he did at the end of the half Brandon Johnson won on a slant route for a catch Blocked very well Still don't get great separation. Especially in the red zone Oline A+ Completely dominated the Browns front 7 the entire game. 33 rushes for 200 yards and 2 TDs Allowed one sack and two QB hits Set a ton and never let up 3rd an 13. Ran a trap and got a 1st down Spencer Anderson being inserted is outstanding. It looks even better than it did last season Offense B+ 27 points. 361 total yards. 4-11 on 3rd down. 3-5 TDs in red zone. Should have been more. 1st and goal from the 2 and you run it once. Still need another WR. But The Steeler offense had a good day
DEFENSE: A+
Dline- A+ Alex Highsmith might have been the best player oon the field. Couldn't be blocked .5 a sack. 3 QB hits TJ had 2 sacks. Cam had 1.5 sacks and couldn't be blocked. Keeanu Benton Again dominated the line of scrimmage. JObity got in on the ffun Jack Sawyer played well. Total Dominance. LBs- A+ Patrick Queen might have had the best game as a Steeler 12 tackles 1.5 sacks. 1 TFL 1 PD 2 QB hits Payton Wilson Was All over the place. 8 tackles and ! TFL Didn't even let theBrowns get an inch running the football. DBs- B+ I understand Watson threw for 324. But 100 of those were completely empty stats that didn't amount to points after the game was over. i think we found our FS of the future in Robert Spears Jennings Jalen Ramsey again was a hell raiser. Brisker was shakey in coverage. Fanin got behind him a few times Dean and Samuel were fine DEFENSE-A+ 6 points. 319 total yards (100) were in garbage time. 4-13 on 3rd down. 34 yards rushing on 15 carries 8 sacks 13 QB hits Didn't let the Browns offense breath. Harassed Deshawn Watson all day long
Special Teams: B
Boz was 2/3. Missed a 57 yarder. Cameron Johnston pinned 2 out of 4 punts inside the 20 Coverage units were MUCH better for the 2nd straight week.
Coaching: B+
The Offensive game plan was great. Ran the ball more than they threw it. Stuck to the game plan Red zone was a debacle that needs to be addressed. Defensively, the plan was to attack their offensive line and it worked. Just beat them up Tackling was the key. Thats how the Browns beat us last time. A lot of zone blitz stuff this week. Was a solid plan
OVERALL: A
They took the game personal after being challenged. They understood that they gave away a game the last time we played them. 6-2 heading to the bye week
