Using the App

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, bypass its limits, access it through automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and if you are under 18, you should use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

User-Submitted Content

You remain responsible for content you submit, including comments, chat messages, article submissions, profile details, and predictions. By posting, you confirm that you own or have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Spams, impersonates another person, or tries to mislead others.
• Promotes illegal activity or harmful conduct.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content you submit within the app. We may remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate, and we may suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Predictions and Sports Content

Stats, predictions, Major Props, and any analysis or commentary on the app are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not betting advice, gambling recommendations, or guarantees of outcome. Steelers Almighty does not facilitate wagering. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on this content.

Third-Party Content and Links

The app may display or link to content from third parties, including YouTube, Google, and other providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steelers Almighty and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any reliance on content, stats, or predictions.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
